What material are your standees made out of?

All of our standees are made out of wood. Designs with reflective surfaces such as our ‘silver mirror’ and ‘gold mirror’ standees have an acrylic mirror layer on the top.

The product looks fragile will it get damaged on its way to me?

We have taken steps to ensure that your parcel is wrapped in the most secure and protective packaging to promise safe delivery of all our products. However, should there be an incident where damage occurs due to rough handling during the shipping process that is beyond our control, we will take full responsibility for it. Please refer to our return policy in our menu.

I want to use the standee as a wall decoration. How can I do this?

To use our standees as wall decorations, we use adhesive tape. You may use any adhesive such as tape or blu tac so long as you ensure that sufficient adhesive is used to support the standee. Our standees are designed to be versatile hence they are not heavy and should stick securely if done correctly.

Do you do bulk orders?

Do you do custom orders?

At the moment we only offer customisation for bulk orders of 40 units and above.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do. Our Jawi collection comes in our classic Neenor wrapping with a rustic string, preserved leaves and a message card.                                   Neenor baby comes with a satin ribbon with either a blue or pink ribbon, according to the standee purchased, and a message card as well.

The product I want is out of stock. I made a pre-order, how soon can I receive my order?

We try our best to fulfil all orders as soon as possible so the delivery time frame for pre-orders is usually 1-2 weeks without exceeding 15 working days.



 When will I receive my order?

For West Malaysia delivery takes 2-5 days, for East Malaysia, 4-8 working days. Shipping times may vary for international shipping, please refer to our shipping page on our menu for more information.  

I’ve received the wrong order. What do I do?

We pack each and every one our parcels with utmost care to ensure that this does not happen, but if we happen to have made a packing mistake, please send us back the wrongly delivered item for us to rectify the problem and send you the correct order as soon as possible. Rest assured, Neenor Home will be responsible for all shipping costs.

We ship within the region, for more info on shipping, please refer to our Shipping rates page on our main menu. Currently, for international shipping, we are able to ship to Singapore and Brunei. 



I ordered a product on your website but I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
