We want you to love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we are here to help.
For domestic purchases (Malaysia) you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For international purchases, you have 30 calendar days.
Item returned must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that most of our items are fragile and run the risk of being damaged during shipping if not appropriately wrapped with protective packaging.
Please be sure to send the product back with adequate protective packaging to ensure that the product does not get damaged on its way back to us.
Once we have received your item we will inspect it for any possible damage and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If item shows no sign of damage, and is in its original condition, we will issue a refund immediately via your original payment method.
For Credit Card / Paypal purchases, it might take a couple of days for you to receive the credit according to your credit card policy.
Please note that cash refunds are only given when items are returned in their original condition.
We do our best to wrap our parcels in the most secure and protective packaging but if by any chance you have received a product that was damaged during the shipping process, email us (email@example.com) with your proof of purchase attached with a photo of the damage, and we will send out a replacement at no additional cost.
Proof of damage needs to be shown within 1 week of receiving your parcel.
If you have received a damaged product, we will send out a new one and bear all shipping costs.
If however you are returning an item because you had a change of heart, we will refund the full cost of the product, minus all shipping costs.
